Overview
We're excited to announce that Whop is now Glitchy's primary payment partner for affiliate payouts.
Beginning with payouts processed in May, affiliates can receive their earnings through Whop. This new payment experience provides a secure and streamlined way to receive your earnings while keeping the same payout schedule you're already familiar with.
What this means for you
Whop is now our primary platform for affiliate payouts.
Tipalti will remain available temporarily for affiliates who are still obtaining an accepted ID or experiencing issues completing identity verification.
We highly recommend completing your Whop verification as soon as possible to avoid delays in future withdrawals.
There is no need to create a separate Whop account. Glitchy automatically creates and manages your Whop account in the background through our integrated Whop experience.
Our payout schedule remains unchanged. Only the payment platform has changed.
Verify Your Account
Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal.
Verification typically takes minutes.
Once approved, the Withdraw button will become available.
If your verification is unsuccessful, please contact in-app Support.

Understanding Your Balances
Your Dashboard Balance and Whop Balance represent different stages of the payout process, so it's normal for these balances to be different.

How It Works
You earn commissions through Glitchy.
Your earnings first appear in your Dashboard Balance.
Every Wednesday, eligible earnings are transferred to your Whop Balance according to our regular payout schedule.
Once the funds are available in your Whop Balance and your identity verification has been approved, you can withdraw your earnings.
Important: Your Dashboard Balance and Whop Balance will not always match. This is expected, as earnings are transferred to Whop during the scheduled payout cycle.
Withdraw Your Earnings
Once verified, you can withdraw funds from your Whop Balance.
Good to know:
Minimum withdrawal amounts are visible upon withdrawal.
Withdrawal fees are displayed before confirmation.
Partial withdrawals are supported.

Change Your Withdrawal Country
You can change your withdrawal country during the withdrawal process.
Re-verification is not required.
Pending withdrawals are not affected.
Available payment methods may change depending on the country you select.
Payout Schedule
Although we're now using Whop as our primary payment partner, our payout schedule has not changed.
Eligible earnings are transferred from your Dashboard Balance to your Whop Balance every Wednesday, following the same payout schedule you've always used.
Once your funds appear in your Whop Balance and your account has been verified, you can withdraw them using any available payment method supported in your selected country.
