Here’s how to access Brand Dash and get your team set up.
How do I log in?
Enter your work email on the sign-in page, then use the link sent to that address.
My sign-in link says “This login link has already been used.” What should I do?
Request a new link from the sign-in page. Some company email security tools open links automatically, which can use a link before you click it. If it keeps happening, ask your IT team to check whether your email security tool is opening Glitchy sign-in links.
I can’t find my account. Where should I sign in?
Make sure you’re signing in at business.glitchy.com with the email you used to register. Accounts created elsewhere won’t appear in Brand Dash.
What if I still can’t sign in?
Check that you received the sign-in email and entered the right address. If you see an error, contact support and include a screenshot so we can help.
Can my team use the same account?
Yes. Go to Team and select Add member. Each member signs in with their own email.
