Creating and launching offers

Create an offer, set its payout and targeting, and learn what happens before it goes live.

Your offer tells marketers what to promote and which results you’ll pay for. Here are the basics of setting one up and managing it.

What is an offer?

An offer tells marketers what to promote and which action earns a payout, such as a purchase, registration, app install, or lead submission. It includes your landing page, conversion action, and payout.

How do I create an offer?

Go to Offers and select Create Offer. Enter your offer details, conversion action, and payout.

I created an offer. Why isn’t it live?

Finishing the wizard saves your offer as a Draft. To submit it, open the offer card under the Pending tab and select Send for review. If the card says “Draft. Not sent for review yet,” your offer has not been submitted.

After submission, your offer must be approved and its tracking tested successfully before launch.

What do I need before I can send an offer for review?

You need a card on file. We also recommend selecting Test tracking on the offer card first, so you can check that conversions will be recorded.

What payout models are available?

You can choose Flat rate, Rev share, or Hybrid. You can use the same payout for every marketer or set up multiple payment tiers.

Can I choose where traffic comes from?

You can set geographic targeting for an offer. If a setting doesn’t save or shows the wrong location, contact support with your offer ID and a screenshot.

Should I approve marketers individually?

We recommend it. Require approval is on by default, so you can review each marketer before they promote your offer.

Can I cap conversions?

Yes. Caps are off by default. If you turn one on, marketers can see it. When your offer reaches its cap, they’re warned to pause promotion until the next daily or weekly period begins.

Can I change my payout or targeting later?

If you’d like to make a change, contact your Glitchy team with your offer ID and the details. They’ll help you with the next steps.

Why was my offer paused?

A zero balance is a common reason: offers pause automatically when there’s no balance available to pay marketers. Add balance to resume your offer. If it doesn’t restart, contact support. An offer may also be paused if its landing page stops working or it receives complaints.
